Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Cold Spring, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of a new Water Treatment Plant and related site/civil infrastructure, but is not limited to the following items: The construction of approximately 4,800 square feet of Water Treatment Plant building with cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete panels. Water treatment equipment. Modifications to existing well pump, discharge head, motor, and appurtenances. High service pumps. Process piping, valves, meters, etc. Chemical feed systems. Electrical power and standby generator, lighting and controls systems. Heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems. The successful bidder must be a "responsible contractor." Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
