Work consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of a new Water Treatment Plant and related site/civil infrastructure, but is not limited to the following items: The construction of approximately 4,800 square feet of Water Treatment Plant building with cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete panels. Water treatment equipment. Modifications to existing well pump, discharge head, motor, and appurtenances. High service pumps. Process piping, valves, meters, etc. Chemical feed systems. Electrical power and standby generator, lighting and controls systems. Heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems.
