**As of 1/18/2021 project was already awarded for $605,147.50. The work to be done includes the removal of all facilities including buildings, sheds, foundations, concrete pads, fencing of miscellaneous materials, and any other affixed appurtenances left by the previous owner within the demolition boundary. Any above ground utilities or services shall be cut and capped at the surface. Wells and septic tanks shall be located and marked. Temporary fencing shall be installed around the demolition boundaries. The demolition area shall be cleaned up in its entirety and left in a manner acceptable to CVWD.
