***As of December 11,2020 project has not been awarded since bids submitted were over the budget. The project has already been split and re-issued as RFP's. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond, in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Hocking County Commissioners, or by certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit from a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Hocking County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Murray City - Residential Sanitary Sewer Connections And mailed or delivered to: Hocking County Commissioners 1 East Main St. Logan, OH 43138 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The Hocking County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. J.C. Excavating – Bid Amount $137,600.00
