Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work of this single-bid project shall include, but not be limited to the removal and reconstruction of existing asphalt, curbs and concrete sidewalks, the replacement of stormwater conveyance piping and structures, the installation of new subsurface stormwater infiltration chambers, the installation of ADA compliant walkways and ramps, the installation of new site lighting and the installation of new electric vehicle charging stations. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 180 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
