Pre- Bid RFI s will be reviewed if received no later than 1:00 pm on November 22, 2021 The work of this single bid project includes a partial renovation of the existing athletics building with work such as interior demolition, structural floor infill, interior renovations, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety systems. Work also includes hazardous materials abatement and limited civil work in a phased construction project.
