This contract is subject to a 7.24% MBE and a 3.6% WBE participation requirement. A. The Work is located in the Town of Clinton, Massachusetts. B. The work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for roadway construction, slope armament, and installation of drainage structures, complete with all other appurtenances, warranty inspections and associated work, and related work at the site to complete the Work required in the Contract Documents. C. Roadway repair and slope stability improvements made along River Road are necessary to maintain safe access to the Wachusett Dam Lower Gate House. The roadway and slope repairs run from approximately Station 00+45 to Station 9+08. D. This project consists of but is not limited to, providing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for roadway construction, slope armament, and improvements to the existing drainage system, including grading, paving, placement of rip-rap along the slope adjacent to Lancaster Mill Pond, construction of stormwater detention basin, installation of slotted drain pipe and particle separator, wetland restoration, demolition of the existing drainage structures and piping. In addition, the demolition of a field stone stilling well and associated diversion berms and channel. Question and Answer Deadline has been CHANGED to December 3, 2020 at 2PM.
