**Please note: Bidders are hereby notified that the Division 7- Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking Sub Bid that was previously submitted on Wednesday, October 09, 2024 has been rejected in connection with MWRA Contract No. 7648 due to ambiguities discovered in the Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking specifications. Bids will be resolicited, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 44F(4)(a)(2) and sealed Division 7 - Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking Sub-Bids will be received under Event #6129 - DIGESTER FIXED COVER REPLACEMENT, CLINTON WASTEWATER PLANT Contract No. 7648, until 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.** The work includes: the demolition of the existing concrete dome cover of the fixed cover digester, erection, installation, and testing of a new stainless steel dome cover on the digester, including associated structural, mechanical, electrical and other work as required. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work and an Update Statement. Each Filed Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM showing that the Sub-Bidder has been certified to participate on public construction projects and perform the class of work for which the Sub-Bid is submitted.
