This project is for a restroom addition at Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site, located in Menard County. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of Upon the IDNR Directors signature through July 1, 2021. The form of security must be acceptable to the State. The State requires a fee of $15 to cover expenses related to the administration of the Minority Contractor Opportunity Initiative. Any bidder awarded a contract of $1,000 or more under Section 20-10, 20-15, 20-25 or 20-30 of the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500) is required to pay a fee of $15.
