Renovation of a medical facility in Petersburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Heritage Operations Group Sunny Acres Nursing Home HVAC Replacement. HVAC Work Replace (3) Current RTU's. Model 4BT- MR008-- -501HQ, including Thermostats. Bids shall include: 1. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec. 39s-l et. Seq. 2. Signed certifications contained in the Proposal Forms. All Bidders are advised that all work of this Contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act". Prevailing wage rates have been determined and are on file at the Office of the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Qualified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged by submit bids for this project. All Qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, handicap unrelated to ability, or national origin. An Equal Opportunity Contractor. Menard County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any irregularity in bidding which, in their considered opinion, is warranted. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening of bids without written consent of the Owner.
