Thornton Construction Company, Inc. requests all interested bidders to pre-qualify with Thornton Construction for participation in the Broward Health Medical Center 4N ONCOLOGY MINOR RENOVATION project. All subcontractors must pre-qualify to be deemed responsible and invited to bid by completing the online form on our website, www.thornton-inc.com/subcontractors/ or contacting us directly at the address and phone number listed above and we will provide needed forms. The Scope of Work associated with this project includes but is not limited to disciplines incorporated within Division(s): 01, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 15, 16 (CSI 2014). Drawings and specifications are available through Thornton Construction Company, Inc. Thornton Construction Company, Inc. is committed to affirmatively ensuring award of construction subcontracts to certified subcontractors & vendors who meet the criteria established by Broward Health. The contract requirement for Certified Diverse Contractor/Subcontractor participation is 20% of the awarded contract value. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
