The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services for the City's Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation To Bid (ITB). This project is located at the Fiveash Water Treatment Plant, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of dust protection barrier around the work site to protect active electrical equipment, demolition of concrete block wall to create an opening measuring 16' 9" wide by 11' 4" tall, construction of tie columns at the edges of the opening and installation of a rollup door on the existing concrete beam above the proposed opening.
