The intent of this specification is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor to provide Aggregate Sand 1-S to the Department of Transportation, to stockpile on an as needed basis. This is an Agency Specific Term Contract. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. Submit Written Questions Vendor October 30, 2020 @ 2:00pm ET Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Roy Clark Procurement Specialist III Email: rclark1@ncdot.gov Phone: 919-707-2623 The Contract shall have an initial term of one year beginning on the date of the contract award. In addition, the State reserves the right to extend the contract term for a period of up to 180 days in 90-day or less increments. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids and, unless otherwise specified by the Vendor, to accept any item in the bid. If either a unit price or an extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded. Regardless of error or omission, a Vendor shall not be permitted to increase its pricing after the deadline for submitting bids.
