Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of watermain renewal for Crowson Bay from Dowker Avenue to Mid-Block S. of Dowker Avenue, Kelsey Avenue from Hudson Street to Pembina Highway, and Jubilee Avenue from 125m E. of Pembina Highway to Cockburn Street. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 1155 meters of 150 to 250mm diameter PVC watermain by trenchless methods; (b) Abandonment or removal of existing watermains, hydrants and gate valves; (c) Installation of gate valves and hydrant assemblies; (d) Reconnection or renewal of water services connections; (e) Restoration of pavement and boulevard areas.
