Renovation of a mixed-use development in Orange, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and municipal facility.
**As of December 22, 2020, all bids were rejected** Bids are invited for Bid No. 20-21.23; Project SP-4145; Roof Coating at Taft Branch Library & Annex Building. This project will provide roof repairs and improvements to the Taft Branch Library and Annex Building. No questions or request for information (RFI) will be accepted after 2:00 pm Thursday, November 12, 2020. Questions may be sent via e-mail to jsoliz@cityoforange.org or faxed to (714)744-5573. The bidder selected by the City for the award of a contract for this Project must be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California as a General Building Contractor (Class B) or Specialty Roofing Contractor (C39) at the time of submitting its bid. Contract documents may also be examined in the office of the City Engineer. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to reject any item in a bid unless an "all or none" basis is specified or to waive any informality or technicality in the bids received.
