Renovation of a municipal facility in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to provide and install two (2) new chillers in the basement of the Jack D. Huffman Building per the included drawings and specifications. Removal and disposal of the old units is included in this contract.
