The City of Irving is requesting proposals from interested firms with experience in Davis-Bacon compliance monitoring to assist the City with Federal compliance requirements for various federal grant funded public facility repairs, renovations, and improvements. Projects may include but are not limited to street & sidewalk repairs, park creation, and facility expansion. The City wishes to enter into an annual contract for as-needed project-based services of this nature which would include two one-year renewal options.
