GENERAL PROJECT OVERVIEW: Removal and Restoration of Existing Theatre Marquee Enlarging Stage box with new concrete and structural steel frame and masonry infill New multi-story, 30,000sf concrete framed addition south of current Theater Demo existing stage and box to create new enlarged stage enclosure Renovations to existing restrooms and box office Exterior improvements to existing building including reroofing, masonry restoration, and sitework Theater will close to allow for continuous Construction Operations AS of February 8th, 2021 the final phase of this project is currently underway. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. The first phase of this project began work in May of 2020.
