Renovation of an educational facility in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Erie County Community College (EC3) is interested in receiving sealed bids to provide the following scope of service: removal of one (1 ) low pressure Weil McLain 2.5 million BTUH steam boiler and installation of new compatible boiler. Erie County Community College 2403 West 8th St. Room #007 Erie, Pa. 16505 (EC3) reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities. Bidders on this work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
