Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Common Area Flooring Replacement at Gerald S. Salsbury Building, 4004 Pacific Ave., Erie, PA 16506. 1. Remove all existing flooring materials and base in the common areas and install with new: Common Area Hallways 2 - Laundry rooms 2. The contractor is responsible for disposal of all materials. 3. Floor surfaces shall be clean and free of debris and properly prepared for LVP glue down installation. Flooring to meet specifications below. (Product and Colorto be specified at a later time)- Light Commercial lifetime warranty 20 mil wear layer 2.5mm to 5mm thickness Textured surface Multi-colored similar to above product Glue down Installation 4. Install LVP flooring according manufacturer's specifications. 5. Install 4-inch rubber base according to manufacturer's specifications. (Product and Color to be specified at a later time) 6. All flooring transitions must be smooth and flush with a new transition strip installed. 7. No transition strips required for Hot water tank rooms. Run flooring flush with inside of door frame. 8. All material installed to meet Manufacturer's Specifications. 9. Contractor must provide One Year Warranty on labor and material. MBE (5%), WBE (3%)
