Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Stroud Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of completion of approximately 825 LF of earth/vegetated swale, twin 24 Inch culvert, multi-purpose field and related improvements. There will be no Prebid Conference for this project. A ten percent Bid Deposit is required to be enclosed with the Bid Proposal in accordance with the Bidding Documents. The Contractor shall be required to pay wages in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Determination included in the Contract Documents. The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for any reasons and to waive any informality in any Bid. Within seven (7) days after the Contract has been awarded, the successful Bidder shall furnish to the Township the Bonds and Insurance Certificates required by the Contract Documents, guaranteeing the performance of the Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid Proposal within sixty (60) days after the date of the Bid Opening.
