SUMMARY OF WORK The scope of the work is to include the following: Replacement of approximately 3,600 s.f. of existing asphalt shingle roofing at the Shaw House and Maintenance Building. Repair and restoration of fascias, rakes, soffits at the Shaw House. Removal and replacement of deteriorated wall and roof sheathing. New gutters and downspouts. Removal and provision for new cementitious siding at the Maintenance Building. Masonry restoration and reflashing of brick chimneys. Structural repairs modifications, including but not limited to roof sheathing replacement as required to accommodate the scope of this project. Removal of existing basement access door and stairs and supply of a new steel access door and framed stairs. Replacement of basement windows and door access at the Shaw House Removal of existing porch at the east face of the Shaw House and construction of a new porch, guard and railing systems.
