Renovation of a stadium in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Structural Upgrades and Roof Replacement at the low roof above the west entrance. Trades include temporary fencing, sawcutting, excavation, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel supply and erection, roofing, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, acoustic ceilings, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $25,000. Time of Completion - Bidder agrees to commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project by July 30, 2021. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
