Renovation of an educational facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for the addition of Mechanical Cooling to the existing ventilation system on the 4th floor of Traphagen Hall. The project requires replacement of Mechanical equipment and new equipment installed on the roof of Traphagen Hall. Scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: a. New work required in the contract is as shown in the project drawings: i. New Mechanical Condensing units installed on the roof. ii. Supply Fans to be replaced with Vertical Fan Coil Units. iii. Install new and modify existing electrical systems. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor and Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $50,000. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. Time of Completion Bidder agrees to commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project within One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive days.
