SCOPE OF WORK: Project scope includes, but is not limited to, Interior improvements to include 1 large multipurpose space with 2 smaller multipurpose spaces on each side, 2 small conference rooms and teacher work spaces, 3 huddle rooms, 3 broadcasting rooms and 1 control room, 4 studio spaces, 2 edit rooms, 7 offices, work space room, storage rooms, a help desk, open office space, and an open concept concourse down the center of the building for a complete and operational project. TRADES/SERVICES NEEDED: Selective Demo, Lead Abatement, Concrete Resurfacing/Repair/ Moisture Vapor Mitigation, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Polished Concrete Finish, Structural Steel Framing/Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Misc. Rough Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Thermal Insulation, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Access/Hollow Metal/ Flush Wood Doors &Frames, Sound Control Door Assemblies, Alum. Framed Entrances/Storefronts, Door Hardware, Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceiling Panels, Resilient Base, Carpeting, Fixed Sound-Absorptive Panels, Painting/Coating, Markerboard/Tackboard, Visual Display Fabrics, Graphics/Signage, Folding Glass Panel Partitions, Corner GuardsFire Ext/Cabs, Roller Window Shades, Quartz Agglomerate Countertops, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Structured Cabling for Voice/Data, A-V Systems, Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm System, Janitorial, Services & Suppliers Your company must have a DIR registration number, which is now MANDATORY for all subcontractors bidding on public works bids and projects. This is a Prevailing Wage project and Certified Payroll will be required. Fingerprinting may be required. This project may require subcontractor bonding, and by bidding this project you are stipulating that you are bondable for the amount of your bid.
