The Project consists of constructing a complete, functional 3.0 MGD wastewater treatment facility as described in the attached plans and specifications. Items of work include: Sitework, cast in place concrete, pumping and SBR systems, and electrical systems. This project is being funded by the USDA - Rural Development and is subject to the rules and regulations thereof. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in pdf format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note - electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
