The Lehigh County Housing Authority (LCHA), a recipient of funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intention to utilize competitive negotiation procedures for the procurement of Consultant Professional Services associated with the Housing Choice Voucher program. At a minimum, a specialized knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher program and unit inspection regulations and experience as consultants providing such professional services to a public agency are required. Qualified Consultants are invited to submit a proposal for a task-based and monthly/annual rate professional services contract to the LCHA Proposals will be evaluated and the consultant whose proposal is most advantageous to the LCHA will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation. Proposals should include, in addition to monthly/annual rates for the first year of the contract, options which may be unilaterally exercised by LCHA to extend such contract for up to three (3) successive one-year periods. The inspection contract will commence on 1/1/2021.
