Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes full depth road reconstruction, sidewalk replacement and extension, sanitary sewer replacement, waterline replacement, and associated items of Work from Lynwood Avenue to Edgewood Drive on Cedar Heights Road. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Contractor shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current prevailing wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Circleville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The project is being funded in part by Ohio Public Works Commission funding. The Strand Associates, Inc. project administrator is Kristopher E.
