Renovation of a municipal facility in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Work includes: 4 new jet fuel hydrant pits at existing aircraft gates on Concourse A --- Gates A4, A3 (two (2) hydrants) and A13, Related work will include replacement of concrete panels for the fuel hydrant installation and associ-ated electrical & communication. for the fuel system expansion. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $750,000 - $1,500,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required with the Contract. Time limit for substantial com-pletion of the work is 130 calendar days. In support of the WMBE com-munity, the Port has established a WMBE utilization goal of 5% for this contract, .All bidders are directed to the provisions in Document 00 89 00, More infor-mation about. WMBE business programs can be found online 1, Document 00 43 70 - Subcontractor Work Listing and Document 00 89 00b --- Women. and Minority Business Enterprise Commitment Plan Form shall be completed and submitted with the Bid or within one (1) hour after the published Bid submittal time. 2. Each bid roust include a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable t.o Port of Seattle. A copy of the bid guaran-tee shall be provided electronically with your bid. Original bid guarantees shall be sent to Tina Hemingway, Port. of Seattle, 17900 International Blvd., Suite 400B, Seatac, WA 98188 no later than 10 calendar days after the bid open-ing due date and time. 3, Bids shall include the solici-tation number, title, due date and time in the email subject line. 4. The Port's e-mail server will not accept files larger than 10 MB. If files are larger than:10MB, proposers should send multiple e-mails with the information as set forth in the solicitation above as well as the total number of e-mails submitted by the Bidder. 5. Port will use the time stamp on the Bidder's e-mail to deter-mine timeliness. The Port of Seattle, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of ace, color, or national origin, in consideration for an award. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a for-mal complaint with the Port. Any such complaint must. be in writing and filed with the Port's Title VI Coordinator within one hundred, eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
