Renovation of a municipal facility in Teeswater, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Municipality of South Bruce invites sealed bids for the complete construction of the Administration Building Basement Renovation Project located at 21 Gordon Street East, Teeswater, ON. Renovations shall be made on the existing building as indicated on the provided drawings. Refer to attached drawing specifications for scope of work. Base Quotation shall include all labour and material associated with the scope of work defined. The quotation shall include: 1. The supply and installation all required stud walls, drywall including finishing , primer and paint, drop ceiling, vinyl flooring and trim work ( drop ceiling , vinyl flooring existing in the meeting room /office area can be separate as potential extras) 2. Drywall finish one side only, new storage room will remain unfinished. 3. Coordinate with sub trades and include quotes from electrical and mechanical work required and align for project start date. (provided detailed list of required work to be completed) 4. Product, manufacturer, and supplier warranty terms of references. 5.
