Renovation of a municipal facility in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work of the project will consist of, but not limited to, masonry repairs including repointing, replacement and repair of walls, fireplaces, chimneys and foundations. It will also address needed repairs, or replacement of structural elements of the buildings wall assemblies, foundations and roof systems. The work is intended to address all interior and exterior repairs to ensure the building is preserved for future use. This work also includes the relocation of the existing power distribution system as well as the removal of old fixture and the installation of new lighting for the interior. Butlers Barracks is a National Historic site and shall be at all times be treated as such.
