This Request for Pre-Qualification ("RFPQ") is an invitation by The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake ("The Town") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Construction Services for the Queen & Mississagua Entrance Project. The Town will only consider applications received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders (the "Bidding System") and have obtained the RFPQ directly from The Town's public purchasing portal Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of The Town, other than the RFPQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFPQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's response.
