The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to replace existing water services (work) on Hollywood Drive and Tampa Drive in Keswick, Ontario in Town of Georgina (site); and The scope of work comprises of the replacements of 107 19 mm polybutylene/polyethylene water services with 19 mm copper from the water main to the property line including curb stop and box. The term of the contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on or about October 1, 2022 and ending on September 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier (initial term) exclusive of maintenance and warranty periods.
