Site work and renovation of a civil project in Massena, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This contract is set to be approved by the Board of Trustees in late March. Including, but not limited to the following: Installation of a new 201,000-gallon elevated glass fused-to-steel water storage tank on top of a concrete pedestal base, including tank foundation and all associated tank appurtenances. Tank pedestal will also include a room to house process equipment. Demolition of the existing tank including all environmental controls. Demolition of the existing boiler house including all environmental controls. Installation of process related features including but not limited to piping, fittings, altitude valve, reduced pressure zone valve assembly, isolation valves, chlorine residual analyzer, pressure transducers, and spray stripping recirculation pump within the tank pedestal room. Sitework associated with the proposed tank including but not limited to grading, drainage, water mains and valves, and paving. Modifications within the existing treatment facility, including installation of a new sodium hypochlorite feed system and replacement of booster pump associated with the chilled water system.
