Project: Eisenhower Lock Highway Tunnel Repair Project: Repair deteriorated concrete and steel grating framing along the drainage trench in the Eisenhower Lock Highway Tunnel. Due to continued daily use of the Eisenhower Lock Tunnel, the concrete and steel framing along the drainage trench has become damaged. This work shall be completed at the Eisenhower Lock Tunnel located approximately between 76 and 190 Barnhart Island Road, Massena New York. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside: NAICS code 237310, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction Size standard - $45,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
