The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment Report for 2002055 & 2002082 (completed EA for 2002077 is provided within supporting documents), Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, Design and Plan Development, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Pavement Design and Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
