Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Neches, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract shall provide for the rehabilitation of approximately 9,330 LF of existing 8" sanitary sewer line and approximately 925 LF of existing 10" sanitary sewer line by the pipe-bursting method of construction, the removal and replacement of 24 existing manholes, the construction of 5 new manholes, and approximately 208 service line replacements. This contract shall include all necessary superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, tools, piping, field jointing, cleaning, grouting, excavation, trenching, shoring, fill, grading, backfill, surface restoration, connections to existing and proposed sewer lines, service restorations, testing, hauling and disposal of excess soils to an owner approved site, and incidental items necessary for the construction of the proposed facilities as shown in the plans and documented in the specifications.
