Renovation of a municipal facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking bids from qualified Electrical Subcontractors to install new electrical to the Bay County building located at 225 McKenzie Avenue, Panama City, FL, 32401. The County plans to perform the renovations as an Owner Contractor. All subcontractors will work directly for the County and the project will be managed by the County. Contractor shall be Florida licensed electrical contractor. Special Accommodation: Any person requiring a special accommodation at a Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening because of a disability should call the Purchasing Department at (850) 248-8270 at least five (5) workdays prior to the Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening.
