The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Bids from Qualify License General Contractors to construct the new Bay Dunes Office Complex building located at 5304 Old Majette Tower Road, Panama City, FL. Bay County Capital Projects will manage project. The new building will be constructed to plans and specifications by Behar Peteranecz Architecture. The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA . It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA.
