The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions. The deadline for questions has been established as November 23, 2020 @ 2:00 p.m., to ensure that there is enough time to allow for the A/E to provide responses and possible Addendum issuance if necessary. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following Properly disconnect all electric devices from the exterior as needed and save for re-installation. Remove and replace approximately 2000 LF of 2"x 3/4" roofing purlins as per Unit Price # 6. Remove and replace approximately 40 LF of 8"x8" floorjoists in the front crawlspace area as per Unit Price # 7. Remove and replace all damaged 2"x8" floor boards on first floor level as per Unit Price # 3, approximately 225 SF. Remove all temporary patched boards and replace all damaged 2"xl2" floor boards on first floor level as per Unit Price # 4, approximately 900 SF. Re-point all exterior stone work approximately 1100 SF of exterior stone work. Color and style should match existing adjacent mortar. Replace damaged 8"x8" sill post around the perimeter ofthe first floor as per Unit Price # 5, approximately 190 LF. Replace 8 windows to include framing (sills, trimmer, headers, etc., as needed) for a complete installation. Replace three sliding barn doors. The approximate door sizes are: 15' (w) x 20' (h), double sliding doors with 25' box rail. 8' (w) x 10' (h), single sliding door with 10' box rail. 10' (w) x 10' (h), single sliding door with 10' box rail. Inspect and repair existing siding using Unit Price # 1, # 2. Properly prepare and apply one prime coat and two finished coats of paint to approximately 6000 SF of all bam exterior siding/barn doors/fascia/rake boards Remove and replace approximately 2000 LF of 2"x 3/4" roofing purlins as per Unit Price # 6. Remove and replace the metal roof, approximately 3700 SF. Remove all and replace with approximately 375 LF of new fascia/rake boards, (various dimensions to match existing). Properly prepare and apply one prime coat and two finished coats of paint. Remove all and replace/install approximately 155 LF of new gutters and 170 LF of new downspouts. Re-install and secure any electric boxes and conduit and cameras.Properly dispose of construction debris and waste from the job site and leave it in a pre-construction condition
