Solid Waste Planning and Engineering Design Service - Open-End Contract All inquiries, questions, etc. concerning the RFP shall be forwarded to Purchasing Office by e-mail PURCHASINGOFFICE@CCGOV.ORG or by mailing requests to the Cecil County, Maryland, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. Attn: Purchasing, Elkton, Maryland 21921. Questions must be received by 3:00 p.m. on March 2, 2022_ This Agreement shall be effective and applicable to Task Orders issued hereunder for one year from the Effective Date of the Agreement, and be subject to three (3) one-year extensions, upon mutual agreement of the parties. All contracts extending beyond the County's fiscal year (June 30th annually) shall be subject to budget appropriation. Extensions if any will be at the sole discretion of the County. The Cecil County, Maryland or its agencies reserves the right to accept in part or in whole any or all proposals submitted or to waive any technicality or minor irregularity in a proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
