Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rice, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
DCR Project Code: 199-16646 (A65) In-kind replacement of stringers, decking, and curbing on approximately 2425 ft of High Bridge and 3 associated overlooks. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids Contractor registration is required in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia. See the Invitation for Bids for additional qualification requirements. All executive branch agencies are directed to advance Executive Order 35, dated July 3, 2019. The Invitation for Bids for the above project, including the drawings and the specifications containing the information necessary for bidding, may be obtained from the Owners Project Manager by email at doug.covington@dcr.virginia.go
