After purchasing the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof
