The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) invites firms to submit qualifications for Construction Services for the University Job Order Contract (JOC) Program. The University has had a very successful JOC program in place over the last ten years. It is time to refresh and expand the program and JOC contracts will be offered for the following categories: General Construction Electrical Mechanical/Plumbing The main objective of the contract would be to enable the University to rapidly engage the contractor to assist in the development of a project and perform construction and construction related services. It is anticipated that the majority of the work will be performed at the University Park Campus. Work may also be conducted at any of PSU's central Commonwealth Campus locations and potentially the Hershey Medical Center. Projects are typically Renovation/Renewal work with an average size of $100-200K. The Contract term of the Contract is three (3) years. The University and the Contractor may agree to extend the term of the Contract term through a bi-lateral agreement.
