The work is broken into a base bid for two entrances and their associated doors and security work and two additive alternates for the balance of entries and associated security work. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Alaska Bidder after a five percent (5%) preference and Alaska Products Preference have been applied.
