All work will also be performed in close coordination with the MDTA and third-party telecommunication companies so that all BHT and third-party telecommunications services remain operational and construction dust and debris will not enter the equipment. If the Bid submitted for this contract is $100,000 or more, the Awardee shall furnish both a Payment Bond and also a Performance Bond in the full amount of Contract Award as security for the completion of the Contract, in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and Special Provisions.
