For Exterior and Interior Painting of Pool House he City of Baltimores Bureau of Procurement is seeking informal bids for interior and exterior painting of a pool house. This is a one-time procurement. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. In order to be considered for an award, all Bidders must be registered in CitiBuy at www.baltimorecitibuy.org and in good standing with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation. All questions in reference to this bid must be submitted under the Q&A tab, which is where all responses will be provided so all bidders have access to this information. Vendor to furnish labor, material, tools, equipment, safety equipment, and supervision to perform painting of pool house per the specifications. Exterior and interior painting of the Cherry Hill Splash Pool house, located at 101 Reedbird Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21225, in preparation for the upcoming Summer 2022 Season.
