Renovation of a municipal facility in Twinsburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 236-square-foot municipal facility.
The Work includes replacing doors and window, according to the Bidding Documents prepared by TC Architects, including but not limited to the following: 1. General requirements, temporary facilities and controls. 2. Obtain and pay for all required permits, licenses and fees. 3. Door replacement. 4. Installation of Bullet resistant framing and glazing system. 5. Installation of partition wall and doors. 6. Relocation of light fixtures and switches. 7. Coordination with door access system. Bid security, prevailing wages and tax are not required for this project. All bids shall be based on the products and systems specified and request for substitutions shall be submitted to the Architects office no later than 4:00 PM on November 27, 2020. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
