Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Haslet, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the construction of approximately 26,850 square yards full depth reclamation of existing pavement/subgrade and 22,200 square yards roller compacted concrete pavement, 530 square yards of traditional concrete pavement, driveway repairs, and seeding in the Haslet Park Subdivision in Haslet, TX. There is an alternate bid to delete the roller compacted concrete and construct the project fully with traditional concrete. the purpose of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of the 2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, RECONSTRUCTION OF HASLET PARK SUBDIVISION STREETS incidental thereto, at which time and place, the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractors obligations under the Contract Documents. Contractor shall also furnish a maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the Contract Amount guaranteeing the Work and workmanship against defects CONTRACT TIME 180 Calendar Days The deadline to ask questions is 12/10/2020 5:00 PM CST
