The Town of Simsbury is requesting sealed Bids from Qualified Disaster Debris Cleanup Contractors to facilitate the proper management and timely removal of debris generated by all FEMA eligible natural disasters. The goal is to facilitate prompt and efficient recovery through an established agreement that is reasonable, cost effective, and protective of human health and the environment. The Town of Simsbury reserves the right to accept or reject, without prejudice, any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities therein, or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Town of Simsbury. Questions regarding this ITB should be directed to Thomas J. Roy, PE - Director of Public Works, via email at pubworks@simsbury-ct.gov. In order to receive consideration, all questions must be submitted by the close of business 5 days prior to bid day. A response to all salient questions will be provided via addendum that will be posted online prior to the close of business on 11/30/2020.
