The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids for the SIMSBURY WWTP CLARIFIER LAUNDER COVERS PROJECT. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for furnishing and installing launder covers for two 100-ft diameter secondary clarifiers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and related work as specified. This project is subject to State of Connecticut Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must comply with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Contractor Prequalification Program for any contract over $100,000. The classification for which construction contractors are being sought is as follows: Water Treatment Plant.
